Our Solution

We provide the complete solution of warehousing. Our solution performs the best quality to any specifications. Our warehouses comply with standard for food and beverage industry, and equipped with supporting facilities such as a clean loading dock, using a rack system, forklifts, fire extinguisher, pest control, clean and good lighting, wooden pallet and plastic pallet, reach truck, CCTV system, and smoke detector.

We manage your goods according to the classification which is divided into 2 types of goods such as dangerous goods and non-dangerous goods. We also provide 2 types of storage such as using dry storage (300 - 320 C) and cool storage (200 - 250 C).

※ Regular Storage

Regular Storage is a sharing warehouse service; storage capacity start at 5 m3 to 500 m3, placed on wooden pallet, using selective pallet racking at the same location-building and side by side with other customer goods. We provide rental period per month, per quarter, semester and per year.

※ Dedicated Storage

Dedicated Storage is a private warehouse service; based on special requirements, full-customized warehouse, warehouse management system, exclusive manpower and facility requirements. We will provide area and rental period adjustment to customer needs.

Our Service

1. RECEIVING

As a working order for LiVi Logistics, our customers are required to provide data in the form of a packing list in which to explain in detail such as the quantity of goods, size of goods, weight of goods, and types of goods to be received. Information on data in the form of a packing list must be given or emailed to us due to H-1 (one day before). Since the packing list form has been accepted, LiVi Logistics will upload the packing list to ours warehouse management system to record in detail the incoming goods and items to be stored in our warehouse. When goods are arrived, our operators will unload the goods from the fleet and do checking, scanning and sorting to verify whether the information provided in the form of the packing list is the same as the goods that actually received physically in the LiVi's warehouse. After checking, the customer's goods are ready to be stored; placed on a wooden or plastic pallet and allocated into selective pallet racking.

2. PUT AWAY

The goods start to be allocated into selective pallet racking. LiVi Logistics will update the location in the warehouse management system, to record the location where the goods will be stored, so as to make it easier for LiVi to find the goods when there is an order from the customer to request the goods to be delivered.

3. ORDER FULFILLMENT

As a working order for LiVi Logistics to remove goods from  our warehouse, the customer is required to provide and email the packing list to us due to H-1 (one day before). The packing list explaining the details of the items to be issued according to the customer's requirements. After receipt of the detail packing list, LiVi Logistics will validate the stock of the product in our warehouse management system.

4. PICKING

If the goods are declared available, we will carry out the picking process by issuing picking notes to the LiVi's picker, and the goods will be taken as requested by the customer.

5. PACKING

After the goods are finished picking up, the goods will be collected in the packing area for the packing process. This can occur when there is a certain request from the customer to do the product packing or product repacking process.

6. DISPATCHING

After doing the packing process, the goods will be collected to the staging out area. We will recheck the product by scanning to ascertain whether the goods have been prepared according to the client's request described in the packing list and work order to issue the item. After all the checking processes have been carried out, LiVi Logistics will carry out the loading activity in which the goods will be loaded into the fleet (transporter) and handover with the transporter by issuing a delivery note. Then the goods are ready to be distributed according to the customer's needs.

7. REPLENISHMENTS

In this process, the location of the empty rack due to the taking of goods in accordance with the request of the customer. The empty location will be replenished by following the FIFO and FEFO, in order to make it easier for us to do the picking process if there is demand for goods out of the customer. After moving goods, LiVi Logistics will update the location in the warehouse management system to be recorded as activity.

8. STOCK COUNT

In this activity will usually be done at the end of the year that is once a year, or 2 times, namely in the middle of the year and the end of the year, to ensure and calculate the total goods available and available in LiVi's warehouse is still in conformity with the recording of LiVi's warehouse management system. The accuracy level when doing circle count is 99.98 - 99.99%.
